NON-BENDINGNot everyone in the world is born with the ability to bend, and many of these people choose to live regular lives such as salesmen, farmers, or even spiritual guides. There are however those that choose to learn how to fight for themselves in a world dominated by benders. Such people use a variety of fighting techniques such as swords, shurikenjutsu, or even hand-to-hand fighting.

Non-bender Techniques Techniques: Master Level
Assorted Techniques: The master level technique of the set which allows one to use their weapon of choice with confidence, accuracy and without wasted movement. When utilizing whips or chain sickles one can perform with them amidst battle as if it were a mere dance with their graceful movements. With explosives one can pinpoint the required distance they need to throw it after having lit the fuse in order for it to explode exactly when needed.
Blade Techniques: The master level technique of the set which allows one to use their weapon of choice with confidence, accuracy and without wasted movement. One can split a strand of hair down the center with their blade, glide across the icy tundra with the tip of their weapon and easily deflect even certain bending moves with the flat side of it.
Blunt Techniques: The master level technique of the set which allows one to use their weapon of choice with confidence, accuracy and without wasted movement. Masters of this set become well trained and toned in their upper body. With some focusing on strength, they can easily lift and juggle multiple heavy blunt objects and beat down an entire battalion of enemies without skipping a beat. For those of lighter blunt weapons, the mesmorizing and quick strikes allow their weapons to appear as mere blurs in the battlefield as they quick takedown even heavier taller opponents, almost like a chi blocker.
Chi Blocking: The master level to hand techniques. It is very specific in use, utilizing only the hands (fists and figers). By striking the pressure points of an individual's body, a chi blocker essentially closes areas within a body where energy flows through. This allows what is known as a "chi blocker" to take away a person's ability to bend temporarily for several minutes, and even a person's ability to move for a similar amount of time.
Pole Techniques: The master level technique of the set which allows one to use their weapon of choice with confidence, accuracy and without wasted movement. Typical masters delve into the use of multiple pole weapons at once. Dual wielding bamboo spears became a common practice, allowing them to deflect a hail of arrows without ever being scratched.
Projectile Techniques: The master level technique of the set which allows one to use their weapon of choice with confidence, accuracy and without wasted movement. Master shurikenjutsu specialists can stop even benders from fighting by pinning milimeters of skin or clothing to solid surfaces with their projectiles, and master archers have been known to pin a fly to a wall with a single arrow without killing it from 100 yards away.
Non-bender Techniques Special Abilities
Spirit World Acess: For those whom are very spiritual and closing in on what some may call "enlightenment", one can meditate and enter the spirit world without entering the spirit portals. For more practiced users, one can even do something akin to "teleporting" within it to appear at any place they wish. However going to the spirit world via this method prevents one from bringing their bending into the spirit world.
